We review all plans and visit each site to verify existing conditions prior to submitting a bid. We ask questions along the way and offer Value Engineer Cost Saving options as needed. Throughout the bid process, we take into consideration all the moving pieces that will be part of the build; this helps us provide an accurate bid.
We provide our clients with schedules that reflect the sequencing and speed of the project. We are in communication with our vendors to ensure we have accurate lead times for materials, and will provide alternative options if the time exceeds the completion date.
We have project managers and superintendents as well as support staff to help manage each project. We consider our vendors and subcontractors to be an extension of our in-house team. Over the years we have worked hard to identify the best subcontractors in Atlanta and build strong relationships with them.
